great question Michael - I think lots of misinformation persists about eggs - I know I approached them with great caution at first
research has shown that eggs are not the villain they used to be. Have a google for information and see if you like.
Love eggs - they are so portable for a snack too they are my current snack protein Thinking about it, I have at least an egg a day and though I journal it I dont bother thinking about how many any more Sometimes I might have an omelette at breakfast, a snack egg and then a scotch egg or something!
Applause on increasing your breakfast protein and brown I find combinations of things work well, the full english breakfast* always had a lot going for it I reckon
*egg bacon sausage and whatever else you fancy, beans, kidneys, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and potato chunks
