Thanks everyone ... had no idea there was that little protein in an egg .... next question , how many eggs is healthy per week say ? Because of "fit for life" I've only eaten fruit for breakfast for over 20 years apart from muesli for awhile but that gave me reflux . Had 2 eggs and ham with 2 slices of toast today (because of your feedback) which is something I really like but thought was "bad" for breakfast .
