hello Michael

whole grain toast is a great brown :h2) you can play with brown amounts to see what satisfies... egg is 6g for one as a rule, but it depends on size, I usually count 6 as thats easy :h11)

Protein grams is a skill that for me grew from several sources. A good place to start is page 126 Potatoes not Prozac. I copied the numbers out there as a general guide at first.

I got really confused about grams as I live in UK and many weights are in grams. We count the grams of protein within the serving of meat or whatever, so sometimes I'll look at the packaging which gives me grams of protein per 100 grams weight.

this page has a handy quote for the workings-out

How Much Protein?

Divide your weight in pounds in half to give you the total number of protein grams you need for the day. (If you weigh more than 250, use 250 as your base). Then have 1/3 of that amount at each meal.

and if you like theres a step one list with lots of people there working on the same things :h10)
