You are a little low on the protein amount as 1 egg is 6 grams not 60. You would need to eat 6 of them to equal what you need so adding something like chicken or sausage might be helpful to eggs to make an omelet. It's advised to eat enough to hold you about 5 hours at each meal so you will have to play with the carb amount. One slice of toast doesn't do it for me. I'm held better on oats, or buckwheat or brown rice or sweet potato or regular potato for breakfast.

What are some other things you like to eat for breakfast? Many do protein shakes and add some green leafy vegetables as it's quick and easy for morning. Let us know how we can further assist you.
