breakfast sounds good. I would call it special fried rice :h6) and I remember doing that a lot at the beginning of my steps. I had forgotten! I'd put a bit of chopped onion in mine and some soy sauce :h7)

we were discussing brown rice the other day in chat. Someone suggested trying short grain brown rice as being particularly nice. I like brown Basmati... going to have to put that dish back on my menus soon!
