Hi Michael, and welcome!

Step 1 is awesome and fun. I look forward to eating breakfast every day now. It's kind of my favorite part of the day!!!
One egg is actually only 6 grams of protein, so one egg would be a little light. I weigh around 140 pound, that means 23 grams. I eat 3 eggs, some sliced chicken breast (from the deli) and just a bit of cheese for the test. As a carb, I like oatmeal. Sometimes I also eat a wholegrain wrap that I, well, wrap around my eggs. I like to throw mushrooms and zucchini into the eggs, too, to mix things up a bit.

What protein sources do you think could work for you?
