Thank you. It doesn't feel like it yet, but I know intellectually that it's true. But, I do immediately feel steadier when I eat breakfast and get enough protein. That feels wonderful.

I did, ages ago, join YLD. I'll have to see if I can figure that out and get connected again!

My current breakfast is lots and lots of diced ham with some rice (white at the moment, we spent some time in Hawaii and got attached to white rice, which they serve with everything! Changing that to brown is next...) that I fry up with a little butter, and eggs. And cottage cheese. When I was doing RR before I usually had a shake, but right now this breakfast is hugely comforting and delicious to me. :h6)
