Thanks very much for your thoughts! I find that's exactly what's so freeing about RR and the steps, is that I can just focus on one thing. Right now, breakfast. Although letting go of the rest is still challenging sometimes, it's pretty powerful to start your day being successful at something. And to have success be a lovely, delicious breakfast.
Buffet eating must be challenging! I think your bowls solution is a good one. I'm actually looking forward to step 2 and journaling this time around. Last time I dreaded it. What's interesting is even though I got off program there was a lot of knowledge bouncing around in my head and I did indeed notice some (not so subtle) results of eating certain things and how they felt in my body.
