Not all sugar sensitive people are overweight. I was actually pretty skinny when I was using sugar and caffeine. I also didn't binge. But I experienced depression and anxiety, like you. Sugar sensitivity can manifest in different ways. From your description, it sounds as though you are sugar sensitive. The program really helped my depression and anxiety and I think it will help you too.

: I'm wondering if I really am
: sugarsensitive or not.

: The reason I think I may be are due
: to the fact that I absolutely love
: sugar! I have to have sugar in
: tea/coffee, I love chocolate,
: especially with a caramel (sugar!)
: filling, dessert is the best part
: of eating out. I used to eat
: sweets/candy ALL THE TIME, I'm not
: so bad now but I still love sweets
: - Last October, I bought a tub of
: Halloween candy all for myself!

: However, I am not fat - I'm actually
: average weight. I'm also not an
: alcoholic (I don't drink alcohol
: at all), and neither is anyone in
: my family (AFAIK). My mother loves
: chocolate and is a bit overweight,
: but that's it.

: But nothing is without cost - for
: some people the cost of eating
: junk is being overweight, so maybe
: for me it's being
: depressed/anxious?

: I'm really hoping I can control my
: inattentive ADHD with this diet.
: Is it possible sugar is the only
: cause or could food additives, etc
: also be the culprit? I've looked
: at the Feingold diet, but it seems
: too extreme for me, this one seems
: much more manageable.
