Kim! I got so enthused about YLD I forgot your carb question!

I had been low carbing for years so was very scared of brown ( carbs) I remember trying 2 ryvita crackers at breakfast and feeling alarmed about it.

gradually I settled. Added some, tried a different one, and so on. Is there something you would like a lot for breakfast? my own breakfast browns would be, sweet potato, potato, flatbread and more rarely, beans. Lately I have discovered brown rice noodles. You could ask on step one list too. Its fun playing to see what suits you.
