oh yes, diet-brain. I know that one well of old. RR has calmed that for me. I would say that theres something in each step thats helpful for me, though step 3 was a turning point.

Good for you Kim - I learnt from a class in Your Last Diet that working on breakfast means you are doing something right now that counts towards that weight loss. I didnt realise that for ages.

I also love taking part in Your last Diet which means I have access to a list and a chat on Wednesdays, thats where we do our weight stuff. I did the classes there too ( small charge for those, just like the ordinary ones) they were really helpful to me. In Chat at the moment we are doing a book study.
so thats whats helping me. weight is very functional now, no trauma. Unlike all that went before
