marvellous post Jeff! I used to view food as dangerous and just willpowered from meal to meal which took incredible effort.

it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy food... I remember panicking months before a wedding for example.. What would I eat? and restaurants etc were stress/wild and reckless/stress. Now its as if all that effort is released into other energy.

Fun now . And I loved what you said about it carrying on over to the rest of life! it does! :h11)
