This is interesting Fiona. I never made a connection between not eating carbs and binging. I am going to research my journal to see what is going on right before my binges. You are right though. I feel stable when I eat the browns and have enough energy for everything. I have gained about 2 kg. so far and it is not going away. How did you drop them the first time around? Right now, I am not getting uptight about the extra blubber.
