I have trouble with letting go (scared to put on weight) and eating enough carbs. I keep wanting to cut my carbs too. I exercise so it is a vicious circle. I cut carbs and I am too tired to exercise. And then I binge. When I went through the steps in 2009 I was running and doing weights and I did gain about 3 or 4 kilos (and lost it again). For some reason I wasn't so worried about it then. But this time around the thought of gaining weight freaks me out.
I am doing my best to eat enough browns (carbs) though and try to catch myself when I limit them because I actually do feel better and am less likely to binge when I eat enough.
