Re: What step am I on? (FUN???)

WOW. This has really hit home. What Kathleen said about just relaxing and having fun. What the hell is that? Mosiac you talk about just getting through from meal to meal. I feel that for the last three decades (maybe my whole life), I have just been getting through and NOT enjoying life, never mind the food (well maybe once in 1972 :h3) ) What a miserable way to live. So maybe here is another nano step at Step 3: Start enjoying the food and there is carry over to the rest of life?????

Acceptance = so much weight off my shoulders!! :h4)
