So sorry you're not feeling good. But I know from experience: It does get better! I used to binge all the time - and now I can't remember the last time I have! There is hope... It all starts with breakfast.
Your breakfast sounds yummy... I'm just wondering if it is enough protein for your weight. I weigh about 140 pounds and need at least 3 eggs and some meat or cheese to satisfy my protein needs. Do you know how to calculate protein grams and all that?
