have you got a copy of Potatoes not Prozac? if you can, have a read. So much of what we go through is due to our biochemistry, and when I read it was like all these light bulbs going off at once! Explanations for all sorts of things

sounds good! oatmeal is a great brown, within 20 mins :h2) and some protein :h10) at 6g an egg, I'd need more protein with my breakfast. Had a boiled egg today as it happens, but I had some shake as well :h11)

as for the rest of the day, you'll find things heal as you go through the steps- for the moment, your breakfast start is great :h12)
