I read the book and just started step one. Thought it was going to be easy. The first few days were very difficult, but is getting easier. The past 3 mornings I have had 1 egg, 2T. peanut butter, 1c. plain whole milk yogurt, 1 brown rice cake. I know I'm getting enough protein (need 27 grams), but wondering if 1 rice cake is enough complex carbs.

: covered, but not your protein.

: how much protein you need? Take
: your weight up to 250 lb, and
: divide it in half to get the total
: grams of protein per day. Then
: divide that by 3 to get the figure
