It's nice to have you here!

One of the nice things about going through the steps slowly is being able to know what to do for things like *getting bored*. For me, part of the *snacky* thing wasn't so much about being bored, but not having stable blood sugar. The steps really help to stabilize that blood sugar, and so grabbing things to make it through the day isn't so much of an issue. Maybe instead of just grabbing for those carbs, would it help to plan a protein / carb snack for a bit?

And if you get bored, just ask, and I'm sure someone will have a fun meal suggestion for you.
