No. :h11) Grams of protein is not the same as grams of *food*.
meat, for example has about 8 grams of protein in each ounce of meat.
Eggs have 6-8 grams per egg depending on the size. If you look in
Potatoes Not Prozac, many foods are listed there. 21 grams is about 3 ounces of meat or fish or chicken.
