I used to work nights years ago and it was not easy. I often think how I'd approach it now! I remember having 'dinner' for breakfast before my shift and I know that'd work well for me now, must have been a good instinct for me then - but instead of trying to get through the night with a snack at midnight I know I'd eat well then, and a snack too !

Good place to start will be discussing breakfast. You mentioned shake? is that good and lasting for you?
