You made me think. I have a terrific variety in protein. Will be fun to exchange ideas! I get lots of mine from the pages here. The cookery pages in Resource centre are very good indeed... and also the list :h11) And thats always something to add onto whatever step you are on...

Whenever I've tried
: to eat 3 meals a day in the past
: with protein (from a 12 step
: plan), I usually rebel and graze
: on carbs to get through the day.

oh I know the rebel bit :h6) Ive found my rebel got soothed with the steps.

what sorts of proteins do you enjoy for breakfast? I often as not do shake but just got stuff out the freezer for tomorrow as its sunday - bacon, egg, sausage.
