You made me think. I have a terrific variety in protein. Will be fun to exchange ideas! I get lots of mine from the pages here. The cookery pages in Resource centre are very good indeed... and also the list And thats always something to add onto whatever step you are on...
Whenever I've tried
: to eat 3 meals a day in the past
: with protein (from a 12 step
: plan), I usually rebel and graze
: on carbs to get through the day.
oh I know the rebel bit Ive found my rebel got soothed with the steps.
what sorts of proteins do you enjoy for breakfast? I often as not do shake but just got stuff out the freezer for tomorrow as its sunday - bacon, egg, sausage.
