Yes I am eating protein with every meal and with break fast I do have complex carb with protein. I was trying to figure out how much protein I should have (in reading the potatoes not prozac book). If I weigh 125 lbs., cutting that in half is 62.5 and dividing that into thirds = about 21 gr.(.74 oz) Is that right that I would only be eating .74 oz protein ea. meal? That is not even one egg or just a very tiny piece of meat? Am I figuring it right?
Does your "George's Restore" have any yeast? I am on a candida diet right now (still able to eat oatmeal and potatoes, brown rice for carbs). But the yeast is a big no no./
Also, How long do I have to be on step one. I have been doing the protein/carb thing for about a week. You ask how are my breakfasts going? I have no appetite in the mornings and sometimes throughout the day so it is it work to get these meals down but I am doing it. I think this low appetite thing is partly from the anxiety and don't know what else. Anyway, just wondering how long on step 1?
How long did it take for our anxiety and depression to significantly lesson after you started the program? When were you on the program?
