Re: mini-mango from now onbreakfast shake

:I am into refresher work on some of my steps. Now my journal work is more intense.
Foods that seem to suit me well at the time, like a lot of mango, but later make me forage restlessly will be used sparingly.
I write in my journal ---" foraged restlessly" with the embedded image of flinging open cupboard doors and peering inside at an old box of cornflakes.
Now I must think mini-mango or I will have a really hard time with step six.
