Hi Allison,
I need help with this as well.
So, Are you saying Grams of Protein?
In my case, I weigh 250 lbs.,
so my total grams per day would be 125,
or 45 grams of protein per meal.
I am Not sure how grams are measured visually -
I don't have a scale.
I also use the eyeball method Kathleen said,
using my fist as a measurement of how
much chicken, or fish, or 2 eggs, or a cup of
cottage cheese, etc. Is that correct?
