Newbie Plan of Attack Question

Hello,
I am new to this forum and wanted to say "hello." I have been doing the four part breakfast quite steady for several weeks now along with journaling. When is a good time to attempt step 3? I think it will be difficult, since I get so bored eating protein...LOL! Whenever I've tried to eat 3 meals a day in the past with protein (from a 12 step plan), I usually rebel and graze on carbs to get through the day.

I would appreciate any suggestions you more experienced folks have. I'm not sure how to navigate the next order of the plan.
