Bevy's post reminded me of a cereal dish I learned here. Calld eggs in your oatmeal. Just take a dish of oatmeal- as much as you would normally eat. then beat in 1-2 eggs, as many as you need. Put in microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then cook for another 1-1 1/2 min.- stiring afterwards. when the egg is cooked your done! gets protein & carb all in 1 bowl. You can add sweetener & cinnamon or go with salsa & cheese if you like. I have made a whole 9X13 pan of this. At first it sounds gross but is really good. try it! thx. E.
