Re: anxiety/potato question
In Response To: anxiety/potato question ()

Hi Kathy, and welcome to our group!

It really helps to start at the beginning with step 1, and make sure everything is in place. That's great you eat protein at every meal. Is it enough protein for your body? Also, along with protein, having a complex carb is really important. Have you been having complex carbs with your breakfast? And with breakfast, it is also important to have it within the hour...and everyday! How is breakfast going for you?

My level of anxiety and depression changed a lot while doing the program. My symptoms were really helped by stabilizing my blood sugar. That doesn't happen with everyone though. Getting enough to eat...on time...enough protein...adding in that complex carb really has been miraculous for me.

Glad you are reading...and hope you are enjoying the book.
