Hi Kathy,

I am glad you wrote. Actually the program does not work like this. It is not a good idea to just start eating a potato, especially if you are on that type of medication.

The very best thing is to learn the steps and start with step one which is doing breakfast. There are four parts to it and the people here will walk you through the process. You can join the step one list :h11) Even if you are eating healthy, goign through the steps in order will start changing your brain.
