anxiety/potato question
I am reading about potatoes raising saratonin. I am on an anti-depressent for depression and anti-anxiety for anxiety. I still feel depressed and anxious alot.
I am a healthy eater, eat protein at every meal and don't eat sugar.
My question...I ate my first potato tonight (before bed). How long does it take before you start feeling the effects of increased saratonin and less depression?.
P.S. I am reading the book Potatoes instead of prozac. Have been to many doctors with many different opinions and I just want to get well.
