I'm pretty certain the answer would be: What did your body say? What did you record in your journal? If you are not yet at that step, consider this: Did that bit of mango send you into cravings? This could have actually been an ideal breakfast for you, but not for someone else.

Here's a great example: Often, on Sundays, I'll have cottage cheese and fruit after church to avoid their tempting coffee hour goodies. One Sunday, I packed a Dole "fresh" peach cup. It was soooo delicious. When I was one chunk from being done, I looked on the cup to realize it was 2 servings. No big deal, it's fruit, right?? WRONG.
I could've eaten the wallpaper for the rest of the day.
Duly noted. Lesson learned.
