If I am hungry, I think a protein / complex carb snack is best. I am a blood sugar girl, so having that combination really helps. I'll usually have leftovers, or I used to make up extra chicken and rice to have on hand for a planned snack. If you eat cheese, cheese and crackers / tortillas are a nice quick snack. Play with it, and I would love to hear how it goes for you!
