Re: 12-Step Groups (beyond the food)

I am trusting what you are all saying. What else do I have at this point. I have spent decades trying everything else to no avail. It makes sense doing the undergrad course first before going for the Ph.D. For now, I am just doing the food (even if I slip) and see how I land. It is not easy to ignore my behavior though. That is not an excuse, but it is present and my diseased brain doesn't see it any other way right now
