Thanks for the replies,
I need 24.5 grams of protein, I was counting the protein in the oats, milk and flax seed... I didn't think I had it right!
I do eat eggs but normally only two on wholemeal toast (is two slices too muchfor my complex carb??). I thought I might struggle because I don't think I could bring myself to eat a dinner type food for breakfast
I've ordered some whey protein for shakes and was hoping to have that and maybe a slice of toast as sometimes I have very early starts in work. I also read a breakfast recipe for oats with yoghurt and nuts that I was going to try it.... again, is that enough! I'm used to having breakfast at somepoint in the morning, but this is tough!
