All is well. Read a crazily funny/sad/romantic book called "Lost Dogs and Lonely Hearts" which distracted me from the way my street looks like a mud zone with the gas company and tree trimmers out in force.
Today I planted three packets of sunflower seeds alongside the fence today. They should withstand any storms.
Must confess I did go back to drinking just a little coffee so will go back to week three of that process. It is all ongoing.
I like the way habits knit back together after the unravels.
