Sorry you are a little bit off track.Dr Kathleen will help you figure it out
Some foods set me on the wrong path and I feel the effects about four days later.
Three was my longest step but I stayed on it despite some minor setbacks.
To recover , I had what I call " spa days" when I ate only the most nutritious of foods, relaxed and treated myself well. Do that too, if you are able to take the time.
