Dear Kiki,

Whole grain cereal for breakfast is fine as long as you get enough protein. Grain is a brown, not the protein to base the breakfast on. For me yogurt wouldn't be enough. Other people would know more on that. for me it's eggs or meat. But I'm heavy and need more protein anyway.
