I have tricky skin. so I sympathise on the eczema like problems. You could always check with your doctor in case its one of those coincidental things.

my journal has been useful so I know what suits me, but the change in season is always a little unsettling... I wonder if you have read about fish oils in the resource centre? I take them and find it helps.
