funnily enough, I didnt realise i was anxious - it was so much part of life. So I didnt realise there was anything else. I arrived here because I was obsessed about weight. 'Your Last Diet' caught my attention.
it was only when I started to read the books, YLD and PnP Potatoes not Prozac - that I started to realise that it was not my fault, and my biochemistry was in need of a bit of a re-balance.
when I started journalling, I only had 2 words appearing in it. Anxious and Uneasy. It was a bit of a shock to see actually, I had been Busy trying to distract and ignore it.
I started to feel so much better with step three, but the healing began with breakfast. all 4 parts helpful for me
*enough protein for my weight
*within an hour of waking
*with a complex carb
*every day.
have you thought about your breakfast yet? today for me some flatbread, shake , mini omelette, was nice!
