When I was out of balance, I could be overwhelmed, or I coudl be obsessive. I was doing computer programming, and I would get really focussed on it and realize I hadn't spoken to anyone all day. If I got stuck on something, I would just try one thing after another until I solved it. So I think it could go either way.
