: Hi there,
: This is a topic that intrigues me. I
: have the opposite problem. When I
: am out of balance, I freeze up, my
: world closes up and I can't seem
: to get my head around doing
: something for a long period of
: time. I am unable to concentrate
: and I feel like little things take
: so much effort, like trying to
: wade through waist deep mud ...
: but even that is easier if my head
: and energy is clear.
: So my question is how are you able to
: concentrate for so long if you are
: unbalanced? Is it just a different
: set of symptoms?
: Fiona
Hi there Fiona, as a workaholic in "active addiction" much of the time i believe fear drives me. I live in constant fear of losing my job and so I put 110% into work. Unfortunately because I am unbalanced the effort in my case does not equal reward. I am often working long hours because my mush brain is so disorganised and if I were "doing the food" I suspect I'd get things done in half the time!
I feel just like I'm swimming through mud most days! It's a shame all this swimming doesn't count towards my exercise
