I love your joy dot.
My joy dot for yesterday: finding the first toad of the season in our lawn. It had beautiful eyes - black in the center and gold around the outside.
Our bodies crave these things when our biochemistry is out of balance. Now I never crave sugar at all. If I crave anything, it will be fat. I will crave it if my beta endorphin is low, or if my activity level is too high for the amount of food I'm eating. But the cravings are not overwhelming and I don't have them often.

: sunshine, while he was chasing
: random things in the bushes, made
: me SO happy. I hope I can fully
: experience more moments like these
: as I progress with recovery.
