You don't need to worry about soda now. Just treat it as a sugar as you go through the steps. If it's the bubbles that are helping your stomach, when you detox you can use seltzer. And please don't switch to diet soda - it will still cause cravings, and artificial sweeteners are even more addicting than sugar.
