Re: Trouble with Breakfast
In Response To: Trouble with Breakfast ()

Hi Angela,

I am a bit of a three week wonder with food. I always have been too. So I tend to have a breakfast that I absolutely adore for about three weeks until I "discover" my next "breakfast best friend" and so the cycle goes.

Is that what you mean and you have run out of new things to try? Or do you find that you can't find something that you all like enough to stick with?

Actually, I wonder if that is a sign of the body chemistry or if it is just personality trait?? I quite enjoy doing that. In fact I never noticed I did it until one of my old flatmates pointed it out years ago.

At the moment I am having rice with vegies and either chicken, stirfry beef or ground beef. I have the rice precooked and in the fridge so just have to pop the protein in a pan, then the vegies which I cut up small and it is ready in about 10 minutes (mix the rice through and leave the lid on for a minute and that heats it up beautifully too). I just love it and don't imagine changing but come three weeks perhaps I will be posting something completely different.

Hope you get a lot of wonderful ideas to try.

Happy day,
Fiona
