Welcome Debbie

I didnt suffer from anxiety but depression, out of control emotions, insecurities, extreme irratability and much more. Which when I do the food are all good.

Best thing I can recommend is do the program one step at a time. I wouldnt recommend decreasing or getting off meds until you are further along in the healing process.

Start with breakfast. Do you know it has 4 parts?
1. With an hour of waking (I do best with a half hour)
2. With the proper amount of protein for your body weight
3. With complex carb (I like oats best)
4. Everyday :h2)
