I'm still on step 1 but can I share joy dots too?
The spring weather is so beautiful. At least for a few moments today I had enough clarity in my mind to notice the sharp, brilliant colours of the blue skies, the emerald grass, and my cat running around in delight. My cat's beautiful eyes with the colours swimming in circles amidst the sunshine, while he was chasing random things in the bushes, made me SO happy. I hope I can fully experience more moments like these as I progress with recovery.
Wow, so sugar AND fat are both craved by our bodies, is this only if they are malnourished or not getting enough nutrients in another way? like..not enough fiber, or fruit, vegetable, etc...

: were waiting for their drug, and I
: wanted fat. Over time, my
: biochemistry evened out, and I
: found other ways to gently raise
: my beta endorphin, and I just
: naturally stopped eating so much
: fat. Now I only eat nut butter
: once in a while, and I use almonds
: for an emergency snack, but I can
: easily stop eating them.
