: So I'm back on track with Step One,
: yay. PnP talks about taking your
: own path but to pace yourself--
: slowly.
: Do you think a 7-month goal is too
: ambitious? As in, adding one step
: per month. It won't be a law for
: me- I'm still gonna be flexible
: with myself with the hopes that in
: time a little "dallying"
: may prove more lifestyle-producing
: than absolutes. But a loose goal
: would be nice traction I think.
: Thoughts?
Nicole,
I think this is a great topic.
The steps are not all *equal*
Breakfast takes a little time to master all four parts.
Step two, Journaling, is an ongoing process. The early *mastery* is simply learning how to do it. The art of using it and reviewing it comes down the line as you work with it.
Step three is actually the hardest step of all. It has more things to learn and more nuance than any of the steps. I think step three takes more than a month to learn.
Step 4 is pretty straightforward and doesn't take a month, although finding the right size potato is an ongoing process.
Step five is also just fun and in fact you usually start doing it all along anyway.
And strangely enough, step six is one of the easiest....if you do it after all the first five steps.
and step 7 is the rest of your life LOL.
So there is a little more to it.
