Actually that does help out a lot Jane. Late last night I was leaning more toward a 6 month goal for each step. I really like your suggestion-- that's a perfect benchmark-- "when you do it automatically" and wouldn't even think of not doing it. That will take time. That's exactly the kind of advice I was looking for.
Thanks :D
: Hi Nicole
: I think it would be ok to set
: yourself that goal, as long as,
: like you say it won't be set in
: stone if problems arise.
: As for knowing when it's time for the
: next step, I would say that when
: you do it automatically, in every
: situation, and wouldn't dream of
: not doing it (taking meals out
: with you when you have to eat away
: from home etc., and always doing
: it, never resisting or thinking
: "I will find something when I
: get there," then you will be
: fully committed.
: It took me 6 months to get breakfast
: down, but after all this time,
: it's the first thing I do when I
: get up, start cooking the
: breakfast.
: Hope that helps
: Love
: Jane
