Hi Copper - how is it going?

I'm curious as to whether you're feeling any better or more balanced? I am coming into this program after trying to follow a low carb approach. Like you, I have seen a bit of weight gain, but I'm trying to hang in there with the process. I've been following step one for 3 weeks now.

How is step two going? Is the class helpful?
