: Thanks everyone =) I am now ready to move on to step 6,and detox from caffeine and sugar,it does nothing for me.
Last night I had the best sleep ever,I am giving up on caffeine.
I had my last caffeine at 12.30,have done this heaps of times,but this time is the last.
Tomorrow will be day one.
Yesterday I only had one cup of coffee,it was yuck,so time to throw it out of the window.
